Why do we keep getting the General Error?

Myself and some members are getting this particular error message all the time. Why is that?General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

User ratsha5 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections [1203]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

Hello Joanne!

Sorry for the trouble with the <a href="" target="_blank">max connection error</a>. We increased the max connections for the server and users. You should see this error gone now. If you still get the error, there may be an issue in your code causing too many connections. You will need our <a href="" target="_blank">support to dig deeper</a> in your server logs to see exactly where the usage is occurring. Sorry for the trouble.
