Websites are down and I'm having problems getting into chat support.

All of my sites have been down including email all day and I have attempted to log on to support chat and get kicked off each time after waiting about 20-30 minutes it is impossible to get any help!

This has happened every other day over the last two weeks and I need a permanent solution NOW.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the website. I took some time to review the account associated with the login that you have used to get into the Support Center. First, your website is NOT down, at least, I could see it here, and I could also go to third-party services and they also confirm the website is not down. The server itself does not show any downtime for quite a few days. It is VERY possible that your connection to the servers might be disrupted somewhere down the line, but I have no way of checking on that unless you run a traceroute going to the webserver from your computer. I also checked the primary domain associated with the website and it is also operational. If the issue is another website on your account, can you please provide a domain name or URL. This would help us to troubleshoot the issue. I will also email instructions for ping/traceroute, if you're still having problems. Information on how you're getting to the website would be helpful for us to understand the problem you are having.

Additionally, I'm concerned about your access to support. Apologies again for the chat issues. We do have 24 hour support that is available 7 days a week. You have the option to access it through email or by phone, in addition to chat. It's possible that there may be a temporary issue with the chat program - I will let the managers know about the issue after this reply.
