Is it possible to have you install FFMPEG for me? Or if not, a tutorial to how I might install it myself?
Ffmpeg can be installed on VPS and Dedicated servers. Unfortunately, there is a cost of $25 dollars to install Ffmpeg. To install the software yourself, you will need to have root access. Unfortunately, we do not have any knowledge base for installations done as root. If you want root access, you can get it set up through the Account Management Panel. Please see the following link.

If you want to pay the $25 dollars and have us install it we can. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the domain or username for the account. Include that you want FFMPEG installed and are aware of the $25 dollar install fee. Verify the account in the email with the last 4 of the credit card number or the current AMP password in the email and our Support will be able to install that ASAP.
I'm running CentOS 7.2 w/ Cpanel (latest) and I had to figure this out.
I used this websites but when u compile make sure u use --enable-shared
on all the packs. Do ffmpeg last after u do all the packages from these websites:
For syntax example: ./configure --prefix="$HOME/ffmpeg_build" --bindir="$HOME/bin" --enable-shared
