hello ... I'm Italian, I apologize for my English.
Let me explain my problem.

I purchased a package hostig from the site.
After entering all the data, I paid with visa card, the last step I was confirmed the purchase. and so far so good.
I have read that I would receive an email containing the data and that an operator would phone me, but to date not received any email and call.
