I'm sorry to hear bout your domain name. Unfortunately, as per the following report, it appears that your domain is in redemption with eNom, Inc.:

Domain details for from
Registrar: Public Interest Registry
Sponsor: eNom, Inc. (R39-LROR)
Status: OK
Created: 2004-11-10
Changed: 2013-11-11
Expires: 2014-11-10

What does it mean when a domain is in redemption? Basically, you will need to either pay the penalty fee with the current domain registrar or wait for the domain to be released. This is normal behavior for all domain registrars when domain registration is not kept up-to-date. Since this domain is registered through a third party (eNom), you will need to contact them in order to get the domain out of redemption. You will not be able to transfer a domain when it is in redemption, but you may be able to speak with the domain registrar and get it moved out of redemption. In either case, you can't renew the domain with another registrar until the current domain registrar releases the domain.

Apologies again for the troubles! Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments.
