Experiencing too much downtime

Hi,I purchased a powerplan here cause of the good reputation of inmotionhosting. However, I haven't really had a good experience in the few time I've used the service and it's because of the high unavailability and downtime. In other words, I'm very dissapointed and I'm starting to get frustrated. I'd like to see a serious fix to this problem since I'm not going to bear this situation for long.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm sorry about the recent problems you have been experiencing. I'm more than happy to assist you. In the last day or so, the server that houses your account has been under intermittent DDOS attacks. For more information on DDOS attacks please see our article:
