I'm sorry you're having trouble with your support password not being accepted.
We looked at your Help desk account and it is set up. To get the password for that account you can click the Lost Password link next to the login. It will send you a new password to your email you have on file. If you still cannot log in after resetting, please contact tech support and they can try resetting the password manually. Sorry for the inconvenience.
