Hello,
I was thinking about buying a SSL certificate from Comodo. But can I use it in one of my domains even if they are on a linux shared hosting plan with you? Or would I need a static IP address?

Thank you,
Max

Hello Max,

Thank you for your question on using third party SSL certificate for your domain. You may use a third party SSL on your account, even if it is on a shared server. Within some cPanel versions there is a tool for SSL/TLS management. Here you can install the SSL for your account. This should not require a dedicated IP address for your SSL.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
