I was given this link from tech support so I'm hoping you can help me. Yesterday I tried to create a prestashop multistore which caused several glitches within my my website: christianexpressions.com so I removed the second store but in doing so, the design of the default store christianexpressions.com was all messed up. I called tech support who tried to reinstall a back up from the previous day but for some reason it didn't work. So I called this morning, spoke to Robert H., we deleted prestashop, reinstalled it, he then uploaded my database but we can't get it to load properly. He told me to contact you since you have more knowledge of prestashop in getting the database back properly. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I would be happy to look at the issue for you, but currently your site is trying to redirect to another domain name which is not set up on our servers. In order to take a look and be able to test it, I would need to have the domain working in the way you described.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

therein lies the problem , I believe. When I created the multistore account, I used churchapparel.com and the files between the two shops (christianexpressions.com and that one) got mixed upso I cancelled churchapparel.com and removed from the parked domains and put the nameserver back to its original. Any suggestion on how to clear that domain? It should only be christianexpressions.com

Hello,

Ok, then you may want to reinstate the other domain as a parked domain and then access the back end to properly remove the other store. From the database, it seems it still has both domains set up as a store. You may need to ensure the original domain is set to be the primary store.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

You may need to reset your password. To do so, you may follow the instructions in the following article:

ok so tech support removed reinstalled prestahop, added my data back in so the login problem was caused by the other domain name still pointing:. Here is the problem, it is STILL connecting to that domain. I have tried countless times to change it back in the 'seo/url' section. Each time I click 'save' it reverts back to churchapparel.com (the multi site domain). I am thinking this domain is somehow stored in files in the ftp. How can I clear this out so I can just have the one site christianexpressions.com?

Unfortunately, I was unable to replicate any redirects at all on the site. I was able to log into your dashboard and display the correct URL throughout several pages. Did you resolve the issue? If you're still seeing redirects, it could possibly be due to your browser cache in which I recommend clearing your cache.
