Prestashop orders not showing

I have 2 prestashop orders that are not showing up in my backoffice under customers or under orders. But they show up in my paypal account with not other information. Just the amount and the items they ordered. I have no other information. They must of used the credit card option with out a paypal account. I have had other orders placed that way before and their information was in my backoffice under customers and orders. Thank you for your time.

Hello Vandervort,

Thank you for your question about PrestaShop orders not showing. We looked in the PrestaShop forums and there was only an older example of missing order, so there wasn't alot of information there.

We also looked in your database, and around the date of the problem there are no inconsistencies, such as missing tables, or skipped numbers. So, to PrestaShop there was not an order placed.

It is possible something unusual happened; such as the customer clicked the Back, or Refresh button in the browser causing it to process the charge again.

At this point, you should verify the origin of the payment/order with Paypal .

We are happy to help you troubleshoot further, but will need some specific steps to follow, and replicate the problem.

FYI,
Use our free module this: http://www.fmemodules.com/en/57-order-totals.html which shows total amount of order placed with quantity of products which are purchased in a given period.
