Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Image URLs not importing in PrestaShop. In order to assist, we would need fully detailed steps that you are taking right up to where you are getting the error.

Also, does it fail on the first URL? or after a certain number of URLs? What other information is in the csv? How many lines are in the csv?

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

Dear,

Thank you for prompt reply.

We are uploading bulk data using CSV file. Data gets imported but associated images are not displaying. Import completes with error "Error copying image: http://DOMAIN_NAME/img/p/1/512-1-hp.JPG".

to make it simple we tried importing 1 records with 1 image url but still the same issue.

We had uploaded products before using same csv format manytimes before, but for some reason it is not working now.

PrestaShop has a thread about this issue located here. You may want to try their suggestions to see if that helps.

We are able to import a test file without issue on the newest release. Can you provide the column names for the test data you provided? Perhaps it has something to do with one of those. Are you importing as Products?

Hi,

Yes dear we are importing as product. Please download the csv file from HTTP://WWW.FILEPIMP.COM/1J3E

But seems there is some issue with PS not csv.

Thank you for the csv file. I downloaded it and imported it into the database according to the fields labeled in the file. I did not get any errors regarding the image URL. The import went in without any issues.
The specific version I have is 1.6.1.5.

Can you install a test instance of PrestaShop and try to import it? If so, does that work?

Can you help identify module/files related to image copy. May be we try replacing them. Also if there is any table which stores table URL's?

We no issue is not with csv, this is something related to PS. If you can identify files/modules which we may try resetting to default , though we didn't make any changes.

Did you perform the import on the test copy as suggested? If it worked, then it would be specific to your installation. You may want to check with a developer or programmer specifically familiar with PrestaShop as unfortunately this is a little too deep for us at this point.
