PrestaShop and UPS module configuration

The PrestaShop UPS module is not working correctly and the XML is not returned correctly.
I was told we would need to activate the GSS-Negotiate function under cURL. Apparently it's not a Server setting the Server Admin can make as it's a 3rd party setting.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm having problems with configuring the UPS module on my prestashop deployment. I'm curious if it is the same problem. When I requests shipping costs as part of going through the shopping cart I get a specific price ex: a 1x1x1 package weighing 1 lb will cost $11 in shipping. If I bump the weight up to 50 lbs, the shipping costs from UPS doesn't increase.

Marcin, is that the same problem you are seeing?

Hello Marcin,

Thank you for your question. The GSS interface needs to be compiled into cUrl, and unfortunately that is not available to be done on our shared servers. That can only be done on our VPS and Dedicated server plans.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

Hello Marcin,

Yes if you were going to upgrade to a VPS, just be sure to submit a support ticket with your request.

Our system administrators will review the request to re-compile cURL and respond back to you through our ticketing system.

Please let us know if you had any other questions.
