Since someone hack my server files, prestashop is unable to upload files, showing errors like:

017.jpg : Image format not recognized, allowed formats are: .gif, .jpg, .png

I followed this guide:
https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/335789-solved-solution-image-format-not-recognized-allowed-formats-are-gif-jpg-png/

and the show this:

017.jpg : Error while uploading image; please change your server's settings. (Error code: Missing temporary folder)

Before attack prestashop works perfectly, I think some root files on my server was deleted.

Please any idea?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about file upload error in Prestashop. It's possible that Prestashop is actually missing one of its core files. After the attack did you reinstall Prestashop?

Best,
Christopher M

I tried several times to reinstall with official installation file, and using Softaculous. Don't work.
Wordpress installations doesn't work too.

So I think problem is with server core files.

Hello Yuyudj,

I just installed Prestashop 1.6.13 on your account using Softaculous with no problem. If you're re-installing it, you must be using a location that doesn't already have files in it - and actually shouldn't exist as Softaculous creates that subfolder. I'll email you the credentials to you through the account. It does appear to be working with no issues, though. Please check the installation. Explain all the steps you are taking if you continue to have problems with the installation.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Regards,
Arnel C.
