I haven't been on my prestashop website for a while and when I went in to check it out nothing displayed. The url is www.belautribe.com. I can access the dashboard. The Inmotion support team did say to try to upgrade the PHP version, that didn't work. They also tried to reset a few things but still nothing. I also tried following this http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/prestashop-16/blank-screen?tsrc=aaq but also nothing. Can somebody please help me figure this out? Thank you.

Hello mj.ajimine84,

Thank you for your question. Have you tried reverting the website back to its default theme? Also have you tried to enable the debug mode within your dashboard. This will provide any errors that could be useful to resolve the problem at hand.

Best Regards,

Hi TJ Edens,

Thank you for your suggestion. I did try changing it to another theme and back but I got nothing as well. Right now it is on a default theme. But I did the debug mode but I don't understand all the errors. Is there a way I can send you the login to see them?

Thanks,

Hello,

Unfortunately that is not possible here. Feel free to paste the error messages here so we can see them. This way we can possibly give you advice on what steps to take next.

Hi,

I am getting quite a few errors. It starts of with this:

Stopwatch (with SQL_NO_CACHE) (total = 42)

Should I copy and past each and every error?
Thanks.

The site has been fixed, it is now showing. I turned off error reporting but it is still showing. What can I do to stop it?

Thank you,

Hello mj.ajimine84,

Thank you for contacting us. Ensure you have cleared your browser cache before testing. Also, if you are using a caching plugin/module, you may have to clear the cache there as well.

Thank you,
