Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with uploading images in PrestaShop. Though we are able to duplicate the issue, we are not able to determine the exact cause. It is within PrestaShop itself, however. There can be different fixes, depending on what is causing it and what version you are on, etc. First, be sure to upgrade to the latest version. If that does not correct the issue, you will want to go through the PrestaShop forums and try the different fixes they provide.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

Good Morning,
I too am having this issue.
I was able to upload one image to my first product created.
After that, I have not been able to upload any images to any of my products. I continue to get the error.

I have already checked my cPanel permissions under img. I already checked my image settings under preferences. I resized all of my png files so that they are under 20px by 20px, but none of this is helping. I have searched the web high and low to get answers before reaching out to you. I did notice this morning after updating my PrestaShop version to 1.6.1.7 that the PrestaShop folder in cPanel is missing.
I appreciate your help!

I recommend enabling error reporting, as it may provide a more detailed error message. Also, there are some helpful suggestions here in the PrestaShop forums.

Be sure to perform a backup before testing/modifying your website.

Thank you,
