Hello pryanwise,

Thank you for your question. First I recommend following this guide on creating downloadable products in prestashop.

After it is added, you would treat it as a normal product in prestashop, just make sure that the file downloads are enabled. Here is a guide on enabling downloads that I found via google search.

We also have a full Prestashop education channel, that includes video tutorials, and guides on using Prestashop.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

Hello pryanwise,

Can you please clarify a bit when you're saying "I want to know how make several download link for 1 virtual product."

Are you saying that you have 1 downloadable product, and you would like multiple items in your store to all use that same downloadable content?

I don't believe that functionality is available. However you should be able to simply add additional virtual products for each new download link that you'd like to add.

Please let us know if you had any further questions at all.

Hi,

I am puzzled also and i think i know what pryanwise means.

I have a video tutorial course which has more than 1 video in the course (10 videos actually) that need to be accessed and downloaded as part of 1 product. How do i upload multiple files to be downloaded as one product?

thanks

Hello Mark,

The best way to do this would be to place them all within a zip file for download or embed all of the videos within a single page.

Hi JeffMa,
Thanks for your answer.

The files are simply too big to be part odf 1 singular zipped download, hence the multiple files. Also the files are for download only, there is no streaming option with the files.

Thanks but this doesnt resolve my question.

Hello Mark,

I looked into this for you, and there does not seem to be a "built-in" solution for this in Prestashop. There is a post in the Official PrestaShop forums, where they are working on a possible solution.

You can also purchase a module for accomplishing this, such as Virtual products management.

Aside from these solutions, you may be able to find a developer that can custom code this functionality for you.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
