Error creating new product in PrestaShop™ 1.5.4.1

I have a problem when i try create a product in Prestashop.

Error: The product name is empty. You will at least need to enter a name for the default language before you can save the product.

Product name is empty: Enter a valid product name.

Hi there, thanks for your reply. I can type in a product name but i can't save. Where can i enter the language name?

Hello Maurice,

Sorry for the problems with saving a product. Make sure that you're not using any special characters when saving a product. If you are using the correct format and you are still having problems with saving a new product, then it's definitely something else stopping it. We would need to have access to your PrestaShop back-end in order to investigate the issue. Here's a quick video showing how I saved a product in PrestaShop 1.5.4.1

Hi there, problem is i don't see any save button at all when the error appears.

Hello Maurice,

The message you're seeing isn't necessarily an error message. This message displays until you start typing SOMETHING into the name box for the product. Whenever I type a character into the product name field, the SAVE button appears.
