enabling ccc gives error in look of the site

recently i reinstalled my site to a new server.. same prestashop1.6.09, same template.. and restored the database... lots of error handling took place
currently my site is working fine in looks as well as data.....hoever if i enable CCC then the look of my website changes as for example the horizontal menu becomes vertical

Thank you for your question about enabling CCC in Prestashop.

The issue of the website style changes when CCC is enabled seems to be related to CSS caching. The bug was reported and it looks there is a fix for it if you would like to refer to the below discussion:

Also, are you using "CCC for CSS", or are you using the "Keep CSS as original" option?

It looks like the recommendation was to use CSS as original. It is supposed that CSS caching may be the problem, but I advise trying both to see what works best for you.
