Hello Juan Reyes,

Thank you for your question. I performed a Whois lookup for the domain name, and it does not appear to be registered.

I recommend contacting your registrar to confirm this domain is registered successfully, and pointed to our nameservers. Remember any time a new domain is registered, or the DNS is modified (such as nameservers), it can take up to 24 hours to propagate.

In the meantime you can install Magento using Softaculous, then test it on your Temporary URL.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

Thanks John Paul.

Your absolutely right the domain wasn't registered. I was under the impression that it had.
in the meantime we will develop using the Temp URL

Thanks a bunch!
