Hello ntfuser,

I am unsure of your question. Are you meaning support tickets sent to our support department? Tickets submitted via our support area are able to be tracked to see their current status, simply log into your account and you will see a tab for your tickets. This will bring up the open tickets and their current status.

do you have a link to that page where I can log in and view my tickets to your support? Also, how do I get a login to that web interface?

Hello Emeliech,

Most people do not use this area any more as it has been severely outdated. In fact I am pretty sure we removed access to that section some time ago. As I stated in the other question you were in recently we are still working on a system in the AMP to display your current tickets.
