i'm a complete novice. i created a google calendar, but don't know where to embed the iframe coding that google calendar provides.
i'm using cpanel file manager. i tried creating a file & pasting the iframe code onto the page, but this didn't work.
i'd really like to learn how to do this.

Hello,

Thank you for your question on embedding an iframe code in cPanel. If you are using the File Manager to edit a file, you can simply drop the embed code where you want it in the file, if it is an html file.

With simple HTML, it should work straight away. If you have a link to demonstrate the issue, that may also help us with any troubleshooting.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

hi scott,
thanks for your reply. i'm so sorry, but i don't understand. what do i name the file (.html, .php...) & how do i "drop the embed code"? i don't know if the code is "simple html".
here are the instructions from google calendar:https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/41207?hl=en

here's the code google provided: <iframe src="https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=f5lqgnavl8hlpege2g6ceintr8%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/New_York" style="border: 0" width="800" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

is embedding the same as adding a link?

Are you editing a file that ends with a .html? If so, then you should be able to place the embed code anywhere after the head section and it should work?

hi christopherm,
i'm not editing a file, i'm trying to link my google calendar to my website thru cpanel. google provided a code beginning & ending with <iframe.../iframe> (see my post of 9:06 AM today). i'm embarrassed, but don't know what a "head section" is. when you say to embed a code, does that mean that i should create a link?
