Mail rejected as spam due to compromised website on same IP address
Category: Fighting Spam
I am having mail that I send rejected by Spamhaus as it says that the website Francisproperties.com has been hacked. Are you able to rectify this so that I can again send email through my mail server? I have had this happen numerous times with certain recipients and it is very frustrating.
Thank you for your question. I definitely understand your frustration, as this causes us many headaches as well. Unfortunately, in a shared hosting setting, you can be affected by the activity of other users. Find out more about why a mailserver can get blacklisted.
Since this is just our public forums, I cannot rectify the problem from here. Please forward your returned/bounced email to firstname.lastname@example.org, which will create a ticket with live Tech Support. The email provides specific evidence, and helps them troubleshoot the problem. They will email you back upon resolution of the issue.
