How can I stop email from being flagged as spam?
Category: Fighting Spam
my one domain user send anywhere any type of mail...but receiver receive as a spam mail....how can i fix it?
Thank you for your question about your sent email being flagged as spam. Setting up SPF Records and Domain Keys can help verify that the mail has not been modified, and is sent from a server that is authorized to send email for your domain.
Also, it is good practice to avoid common words that trigger spam filters.
If you are getting a 550 error, please see our article "550 This message was classified as SPAM and may not be delivered".
If possible, ask the recipients to white-list you on their server.
If an email is Returned/Bounced our BounceBack Parser Tool can help determine the cause.
