Problems with email after a data restoration

You restored my data because of a glitch that happened when I deleted an installation. In the process you added 140 extra folders to my home directory. When you fixed this, you broke my email system. I have missed at least four customer communications today so you have cost me business. This needs to be restored immediately.

Thank you for your request. I understand your frustration, but the Customer Community team can't fix a bad data restoration (we only manage the Support Center), but Live Tech Support would be happy to assist you.

Alternately, you can reply to the last email they sent you, which will re-open your ticket.
