Unable to see spam folder after enabling Spam Box

I'm unable to see the spam folder after enabling the Spam Box.

I have already followed the steps explained on the forum to attempt to subscribe to the spam folder through the various clients available. It's not visible at all.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Spam folder. The spam folder will only appear after it gets its first spam. Until then, it will not be visible.
