Sent emails lost afer trying your suggestion
We used your outlook 2013 not syncing to inbox emails suggestions of " uncheck subscribed folders" and the "adding INBOX to root folder path" and seemed may have helped. THE PROBLEM NOW after doing both those options when we click on our sent email folder none of our sent emails are showing up. That is critical data we can not loose . Thank you
Sorry for the problems that you're having with your Outlook 2013 email client. First, if you're using IMAP, your emails are NOT lost. You can still login to Webmail and see all the emails on the server. Emails are saved on the server. Synchronizing is simply the process of getting a copy of them from the server to the email client. If you're not getting them, then it's usually an issue of either incorrect email settings at the server/client or network issues. If you need help finding the correct settings, please review How to find email settings. You can always reset the settings to what you were previously using as using the suggestions in the article will not damage the email client and prevent it from receiving emails.
In order for us to help diagnose and determine what's happening with your email client, we do need more information. Can you please provide an email address, and all of the settings that you have used? If you don't want to resolve this issue on the Support Center (which is public), then please submit a support ticket to our live technical support team.
If you continue to be unhappy with the support we have proivded here, then we recommend that you contact Microsoft for further support with the application.
I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.
