People that email me get an error - Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently

I am able to log into my email and send emails but when people try and email me they are getting a "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently" and the emails are not going through.
How do I fix this?

Hi Denise,

What it sounds like is happening is that people are sending you emails, but they are getting bounce back messages.

You can find more here: <a href='' target='_blank'>What to do if an email is returned?</a>

The bounce back message itself should contain the information we need to troubleshoot this issue further for you. What we'll need for you to do is obtain a copy of one of those bounce back messages and forward it to our support department (
