Mails missing from particular folder in Outlook

I moved mails from sent items to a particular folder in outlook configured IMAP server but after few minutes I found the mails are missing from the folder. This happened quite a few times. What do I need to do to fix this issue?

Thank you for contacting us about missing emails in Outlook. First, make sure you are subscribed to your INBOX in Outlook.

You can also query the server, to view all IMAP folders.

I have also seen instances where restarting Outlook, or your computer can clear up issues with the program.

This could also be caused by a connectivity issue. Performing a Ping Traceroute at the time you are experiencing issues, can provide specific clues into your connection. Here is our guide on how to read a Traceroute.
