For years we have been getting emails from efax without a problem. About 3 weeks ago they all started getting dumped into our junk folder. What do I need to do to correct this? Thanks.

Sorry to hear that your emails are going into a Junk/Spam folder. As I have no specifics, I can try to give you general advice on when emails get directed into junk/spam folder. It will differ depending on the program you are using to view or filter your emails.

You can login to your cPanel, then use the Spam Assassin configuration options to whitelist specific email addresses. If you are using a program like Outlook or Thunderbird, or other email client, you can easily use their help options and look up "whitelist" or "spam" to find out how to remove a specific email address from being classified as Spam or Junk.

If you are continuing to have problems with this issue you may be getting bounce back messages that we can use to diagnose the issue. Use the bounce back message with our bounce back parser tool to help determine the exact cause of the issue.
