Hello marciojacinto,

Initial testing from your server is not confirming an issue with the server. I was able to send a test email from your server without issue. As a second test, please try and send an email from the same email account using the webmail. Here is a link in case you are not familiar with accessing webmail:

If the webmail sending works, you will want to find your public IP and see if it is in a blacklist using our blacklist checker.

If the webmail fails, please send the entire bounceback to our Live Support team at so our Systems team can do a deeper investigation.
