Hello Schwabino,

The message above states that you sent the email from a GMAIL account (not our server), but the main problem it's stating is that the email address was rejected (specifically by the GoDaddy server that the email was sent to) - not something that we can fix. You need to contact the individual a different way. I got a similar error when testing an email sent from our server here.

The error that is being returned by Gmail is showing what is known as a hard bounce. For more information or to troubleshoot the issue further, you will need to contact the Postmaster/Administrator for the Godaddy server.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Hello Schwabino,

I wanted to update my answer after reviewing the issue a little further. I do apologize for the confusion, as it appeared to me (at first glance) to be unrelated to our servers. However, just to clarify - we do understand that the domain is pointed to our hosting server. This does mean that we are handling website traffic, but EMAILS are not being handled here. Your current DNS information points your email to GoDaddy. So, in truth, the email is NOT being handled by our server. I wanted to make sure that we did see you were trying to send a test email to your domain. As per the bounce, the email was being directed to the GoDaddy server appropriately, but their server is rejecting it. Please contact GoDaddy's Technical support for further help in troubleshooting this issue. Make sure you share the bounce with them as it will help them pinpoint the problem.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
