Sorry for the problem with the Sent box (outbox) in Outlook. Normally, this is a configuration issue with the Outlook email client where the folders are syncing. Check out this tutorial: subscribing the folders in Outlook 2010. If you continue to get problems with the email on this issue after making sure that you have it properly assigned, then you may need to speak with Microsoft technical support to determine issue with the client.
