Contact form in opencart worked last week, without changes to anything , it stopped working. It is as if the page reloads when you as a customer clicks continue, no email comes through to the set webmail. Again no changes have been made from when it was working last Monday. What do I do?

I took a look at your site and the .htaccess file was determined to be the culprit. Something in there is affecting your contact form in which is preventing it from being sent. The timestamp on the file also coincides with the date that you stated it stopped working as well. I have renamed the file to make it inactive and your contact form is working once again. I recommend speaking with your developer on anything that may have changed within it that caused it to no longer function.

Hey thank you. I was on while you were poking around. How do I go about installing the ssl now back on my webpage without having the htacess file, or do you have a normal untouched version of that file that I could work on and install the ssl back on?

Nevermind, I reset the htaccess back to the original and it still works. The only difference was this section

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^(.*)$$1 [R,L]

Thank you for this answer. So many solutions for the Contact Us form not working are related to email configuration issues which wasn't my problem. So I'm very happy that I found your answer.

My problem was the lines you indicated in the .htaccesss file. And removing these lines also fixed a problem I was having when I tried to update the quantity of a product in my Shopping Cart. I would get a blank page with only '[ ]' on it. Removing the lines from my .htaccess file also fixed this problem.
