My email filters for a specific mailbox do not work

My email filters for a specific mailbox do not work. I set them up months ago to dump all messages that come TO this inbox to Trash. So far, it has not worked at all.
Can you go through the filter and make sure that in the rules part it does not say "and" but instead "or" if you have multiple conditions. You may also want to contact our support department as they can help you troubleshoot the mail filters as we need to verify your account to access your cPanel. I do not recommend putting your verification here as this forum is public.
