IMAP isn't working. What do I do?

The last few weeks e-mail accounts for gothar.com has not been available for IMAP. POP3 works fine, but I prefer to use IMAP.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. After looking into this further for you, IMAP usage is restricted on the server that you are currently on. If you wish to use IMAP, you can request via our support department to be moved to another server where IMAP is available.
