I can not use my email on iPhone

I can not use my email on IPhone. When I enter it, it just log out, I mean box(email app) is not opening. I need it urgently, could u pls tell what to do?

Thank you for contacting us about issues using email on your iPhone. We have a helpful guide on how to set up email your iPhone, but if your email app is not opening it seems like a problem with the phone.

Have you tried restarting your iPhone? I have seen this help in the past.

If you need to verify your email settings, you can view them in cPanel.

If you just need access to your email urgently, you can also login to Webmail in the meantime.

It may also be helpful to contact Live Support, so they can check the mail logs for errors.
