Email Inbox and Outbox is not Working

inbox and out box empty how can I fix this.

What are you using to check your email? For example, are you using Outlook, Webmail, Mac Mail, etc.
Are you connecting using POP, or IMAP? You can see your specific email settings in cPanel.
Are you able to successfully send/receive email?
Are you getting any errors? What are they?
Also, I was unable to locate an account for you on our servers, but you may want to contact your host to ensure there isn't a server or billing problem.
