Forwarding is (I believe) set up correctly. Forwarded messages have been received without delay in the past. Messages sent to domain addresses this morning that should have been forwarded have not been received by the target email account and no non-delivery error messages have been received by the senders. Is there a system problem and should this condition be expected?

I also have a problem similar to this right now, but mine is with yahoo mail. Some senders receive errors some do not. I looked up track delivery and there is an error stating "554 delivery error""account has been temporarily suspended". Please help me cause today is Monday already and this problem has been persistent since Friday. Thanks

Hello 10_ray,

We are happy to help you troubleshoot further but will need some additional information. I recommend posting your question on a separate page, here is link to our Ask a Question page. Please include the full error message along with details on the forwarder and sending receiving addresses.

Thank you,
John-Paul

Thank you for your question pajuliet!

When you have forwarders set up to go to a Gmail account, multiple emails from the same server may not reachthe account due to Google's restrictions. You have 4 different email addresses going to the same Google account. Google will stop multiple forwarded emails withing a specific period of time.

To work around this, you will want to set up your Gmail to use POP instead of using forwarders in cPanel. Please see the following tutorial on how to set up your Gmail as a POP account.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,
James R

Could you point me to where Google shows the restriction limits referenced here? Is that still relevant at this date?

Here is a link to a helpful article on the official Google Support section on Best practices for forwarding mail to Gmail.
