Hello kamran,

Thank you for your question today. Domain ownership changes can be made by anyone who can properly verify the account. To do this you would need to contact our Support Team to initiate the transfer. To verify the account you will need to know either the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. You may click here for more instructions on how to change ownership of domains and accounts.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

Hi, Our domain has sold to new owner, but we don't want our password giving out to the buyer as he will have his own hosting company. Does he need to initiate the request from his hosting company or how do we release our domain ownership to him?

All you need to transfer the domain is the EPP or AUTH code. You can change the domain information to the purchaser. At the minimum change the admin email address as that is necessary for transfer. You can then initiate the domain transfer from your AMP.
