SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin stopped connecting to CRM database

I get this error when the plugin tries to connect:

unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <.Path '', line 0, position 0.

Anyone have any insight on this? I'd be very grateful.

Thank you for your question about SuiteCRM. It sounds like this is a coding error. We recommend that you work with an experienced web developer to assist you with this issue. Alternatively, you may wish to contact the developer of that software.
