Why in the Builder can't I view the pages when I go to the Edit Tab?

All I get is scroll bars with the text for each page, to the far upper left, and not the actual full page layout (Design Template) for editing. This just started happening yesterday. Just the day before I was able to edit the pages just fine.

Sorry to hear about the builder issue you're having, hopefully we can get this sorted out for you. I think to get to the answer, we'll have to ask a few questions first.

1. What browser are you using? For example, is it Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome?

2. If the builder was working just fine and then stopped working suddenly, I'm wondering if anything has changed. For example, have you recently added any new content to the site?

3. If you <a href=''>change to a different theme within the builder</a> and try to edit, does this fix the problem? There could be an issue with the theme.

Also, I would recommend <a href=''>clearing your browser's cache</a> and then testing again.

If you can respond with additional information, we'll be happy to review further.

Answer to your questions...
1. I am using Internet Explorer
2. I just edited some text on one of the pages successfully the day before this started
3. Changed to a different theme and this is still happening
4. I went to a different computer thinking that maybe it was a problem on the initial computer...and the problem shows up on the different computer too. So, I don't think it's the cache.
This is really weird!

I need to get this fixed as soon as I can. We have an event coming up and I need the correct information to be shown on the site. Thanks for any help!

Sorry for the continuing issues that you're experiencing. Please try using the compatibility view in Internet Explorer to see if it will resolve your problem. Click on the link and it will show you how to find it. This is available in the latest versions of Internet Explorer.

I also did email you requesting your login information so that we could try to view the Builder problem by logging in as you. I am unable to duplicate the issue on my Windows 7 system using Internet Explorer 10.

Please provide this information and we will happy to pursue the issue further so that we could resolve it.
