How do I reset everything and start over?
domain isn't serving.
Thanks for the question. It depends on your definition of "reset everything." If you want EVERYTHING on the hosting account reset back to its original state, then it would involve removing any files for your hosting service and re-creating the account using the default files. If that is what you mean, then you can will need to submit a verified ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org. Explain what you need, and they will be able to reset everything for you.
If you're talking more along the lines of simply deleting files in your hosting account, you can also this using the tcPanel File manager to delete all the files inside the public_html folder, and if you have any database files, you can remove them using the MySQL Database manager. You can also remove any email accounts using the Email Accounts manager. These again, are all within the cPanel. So, it's up to you. You can delete your files, database, and email accounts using the cPanel options, or you can email a request to support requesting that the entire account be reset. They verify the support request using either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password - please provide this information if you email support.
Please let us know if you require any further assistance.
