How do I delete the DNS entry?

I received this message when i tried to create a new account, ""

Sorry, a DNS entry for already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster).

How do i go about doing this?

Hello kenbae1017,

Thank you for your question. This error usually occurs when the domain has already been added to an existing cPanel, or a cPanel was created already for this domain. I recommend checking your VPS to make sure this domain does not exist already within an account, and deleting it if it does.
