hi. for some reason my cpanel userid and password is no longer working. i have tried to access via both domain.com/cpanel and cpanel.domain.com w/ no success.
I took look at your account and nothing appears amiss. You would be best be served by calling into live support and verifying your account (last 4 digits of credit card on the account or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password). One, you can quickly work with them to reset a password if necessary, and two, it also preserves your account privacy. Answers posted in the Support Center are meant to be public and available for Support Center website viewers.
