If you are unsure of your password, you might need to reset it which you can do through AMP as well:

If you are still having trouble when using the correct username and password, you might need to contact support via chat, phone, or email to make sure everything is well with your account.
Sorry you're having problems with OpenCart thumbnails. There many possible problems for this issue, but we do need more information (version of OpenCart, account info -if you're an InMotion customer, error messages).
