How can I sign in, I followed password reset instructions and response was incorrect domain or email?

Within the cPanel password reset instructions, you will need to be logged into AMP. If you are receiving an error stating that your email address or primary domain is incorrect, you will want to follow our article on logging into AMP. If you contact technical support, they will also be able to assist you with logging into AMP if you are still having trouble.
