Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the Premium Web Builder. If it's telling you that it's been installed already, then you don't have to run the installation. It might have been done for you. You would then need only login to the Builder. Skip down in this tutorial, Getting Started with the Builder, to the login portion and you should be able to login.

We also have another tutorial on logging into Builder through the Account Management Panel (AMP) that describes adding a second account.

Hopefully, this points you in the right direction for your Builder installation issue.
