Hello Username,

Thanks for reaching out to community support. Your question is a bit vague because we have no way of seeing your account without some type of information such as the domain name or user name.

For security purposes we do not perform password resets without being able to verify hosting accounts. We also do not publish login information in the Community Support site. If you require login info or help with resetting your password, please contact our live technical support team. They will need to be able to verify your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

If you wish to reset your password (and we're not sure which password you're talking about), you can always reset the AMP password or you can also reset your cPanel password if that is the password you need.

If you can give a little more specifics we can try and help point you in the right direction.
