Prestashop Access denied in dashboard after restore
I tried to upgrade from an old version of PrestaShop to the new 1.6 version. My products did not transfer over so I had to convert back to the old version. Now I am getting an error " access deny." Now I cannot see any dashboard information .
Unfortunately because this question has been submitted anonymously we don't have any way to see what might be causing your access to be denied.
I'd recommend that you <a href="http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/getting-started-guides/submitting-and-checking-on-status-of-tickets#submit-ticket" target="_blank">submit a ticket</a> about this issue so that your account information is passed along to our support team and so they can either <a href="http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/backup-and-restore/restoring-a-backup" target="_blank">restore a backup</a> from our backup system, or look on the server to see if any specific errors are coming up.
