Please help with activating my account, I am unable to access it

Dear inmotion hosting, 12hours back you said in phone confirmation that my account will activated within 30minutes but even i didn't get any mail regarding my account activation . why do you people not systematic even i got phone call after giving complaint, disappointing in initial step of inmotion hosting . Be Fast my dear inmotionhosting.
